Mardi Gras Cake
This cake was made for a 50th birthday celebration. It was made by using two 10-inch white cakes and two 6 inch coconut cakes. It is iced with buttercream icing and all of the decorations (with the exception of the feathers) are made out of a fondant/gum paste mix. Glitter was painted on the fondant decorations to give them some extra flair and sparkle.

Your cake is vary good to look at and was very creative.Also' I'm one of your 7th period spanish class students. You are doing a good job, and I'm sorry about how the other classes treated you.
